THE firm behind Hovis bread and Mr Kipling cakes is offloading ethnic flour brand Elephant Atta to Primark owner Associated British Foods for 34million. Premier Foods sale to ABFs ethnic food business Westmill Foods will let it focus on eight key brands including Ambrosia and Sharwoods curry sauce.
