Comprising both ambient and chilled, the world foods market is worth around ?1.5 billion at retail, growing at around +12% pa (Kantar Worldpanel YoY 09/11), with the major mults accounting for 78%. Tesco is by far the biggest World Foods retailer on 23.6%, growing at +8.5% YoY.
